PARTNERSHIP MATRIX

In the left major column area, list Organization/Constituency/Agency/Board/Committtee, one per line.  In the subsequent columns, for each organization that you list identify:

-What is their key purpose?
-What is their impact to your organization?
-What are you doing now that they need to be aware or could be part of?


In the next major column area (middle portion), identify "Impacts to your mission" for each potential Organization, Constituency, etc., that you indicated in the left column. What are they doing now that you could be doing, need to be aware of or apart of? Check all that apply.

-Sharing your Story
-Stewarding Your Resources
-Creating Visitor Experiences
-Marketing Promotion

Next column to the right is called, "Synergy Created." 


In the final major column area to the right, called "Involvement Realm," indicate the level of potential involvement of each of the Organizations, Constituencies, etc. you indicated in the left column by placing a check next or filling in the cell to all that apply:

-Leadership of Organization
-Decision Making (i.e., Board)
-Membership (i.e., dues)
-Provide Administrative Support
-Funding (i.e., grant)
-Advice or Advisory
-Project by Project Partner
-Role Swapping
-In the Communications Loop
-Not Involved
-Rainmaker
